Service Availability

The bot is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability.

Moderation

The bot developers reserve the right to restrict access, remove features, or ban abusive users or servers.

Liability

FS Esports Bot and its developers are not responsible for data loss, server damage, misuse caused by users, or Discord outages/API issues.

Termination

Access to the bot may be terminated at any time for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
